About

Background and Approach

Where I Come From

My background runs through three fields that often exist side by side in practice but are rarely truly connected: industry, management research, and project-based consulting.

At Porsche Design I worked on very concrete questions — how pricing, product range, and distribution interact. At the University of St. Gallen the focus shifted to fundamentals: how decisions are made, how markets function, how behavior can be systematically captured.

The project work that followed brought both perspectives together — with all the friction that arises when theory and practice meet.

How I Work

From this combination a way of working has developed that aims less at individual measures than at the interplay behind them. I'm interested in how things connect — and how to arrange them so they hold up in everyday use.

In practice that means: less added complexity, more orientation. And in the end, systems that remain manageable.
