2. Principles
This website does not collect any personal data through tracking, analytics tools, or cookies. No user profiles are created and no data is passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. No persistent data is stored in the browser (no local storage, no cookies). All fonts are loaded from our own server — no connection to external font services takes place.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is self-hosted on a privately operated server in Germany. When the website is accessed, the web server automatically processes technical connection data: IP address, date and time of the request, URL accessed, data volume transferred, HTTP status code, referrer URL, and browser and operating system type.
This data is used exclusively for technical operational security and is deleted after a maximum of 14 days. It is not passed on to third parties. The server is located in Germany; no transfer to third countries takes place.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).
4. Contact by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, the data transmitted (name, e-mail address, message) will be used exclusively to process your enquiry. It will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be deleted once the enquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measure) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
5. Appointment booking via Cal.eu
For booking appointments, the service Cal.eu is used — an EU-hosted offering from Cal.com, Inc. (2261 Market Street #5220, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). When booking an appointment, the data you enter (e.g. name, e-mail address, selected appointment) is transmitted to Cal.eu and processed there.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in straightforward appointment scheduling). For further information on data processing by Cal.com, please see: cal.com/privacy
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Where processing is based on a legitimate interest, you have the right to object under Art. 21 GDPR.
To exercise your rights, please contact: datenschutz@brghs.de
7. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority is the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
